Christopher's Ballet

So it was a really busy day yesterday!  Christopher had two ballet recitals to do, Summer Ball for me, plus shopping, filling up with petrol and the usual weekend things.

Sod's Law is a funny old thing - I couldn't find Christopher's ballet shoes anywhere the day before the recital - goodness where they were.  Me and Tess turned the house upside down - so he had to go to the dress rehearsal without them.

The kind ladies at the dance school gave us a second hand pink pair which we had to spray paint black (another job to get done!), but you guessed it, once I'd painted them, and they'd dried...we found the old pair!  It's all good though, these ones are a bit bigger and a better fit :-)
